Aptitude in simple understanding is the own abilities to perform in various tasks. Tested generally in 5 parameters 1. Numerical Ability 2. Ability with words 3. logical ability.4. Ability with Pictures, Figures, Drawings 5. General Intelligence.
These are natural strengths of a person assessed in comparison to standard scores of people in an aptitude test designed for various age groups or career paths.
Usually for Job seeker it can help in getting selected for right job role as a beginner, where he/she is yet to demonstrate performance at work.
